Launch in <24 hours, then run the next 90 days

With your sending accounts available and the offer ready, use this plan to build and launch the first campaign in 24 hours.

When we do this for a client, there's onboarding, list review, copy review, and scheduling around the setup. So I'm not telling a client they sign today and go live tomorrow. If you're doing it for your own team, you can make those decisions yourself.

The first day

I want the first checked list, an approved email, a working signup or calendar page, a way to see the results, and a small first send. Claude does the setup and file work. I check the decisions and approve the launch.

TimeWhat to doWhat I want back
Hours 0–2Tell Claude what we sell, who we want to reach, who stays out, and what we can spend. Confirm the sending accounts are available.A clear brief and a plan I can approve.
Hours 2–4Give Claude the skills download and have it finish setup using 2 - Install and connect the tools. Complete any sign-in or access steps it asks for.Claude confirms which tools it can use.
Hours 4–6Have Claude find the 100-person sample from 3 - Build, verify, and export your market. Open it and check the companies, roles, emails, exclusions, and cost.A sample that matches the brief.
Hours 8–10Approve the full run and have Claude build, check, and save the first batch.A usable sending file and saved master list.
Hours 10–12Have Claude prepare the Instantly campaign using 6 - Set up sending: Halo, Instantly, and costs. Review the email, destination, inboxes, schedule, and starting volume.A campaign ready for the final check.
Hours 12–16Approve the small first send. Check what happened and assign someone to the next day's lead supply and replies.First sends, visible results, and clear ownership.

When I'm building toward 10,000/day, the first send gets the system live. Then I increase volume based on the inbox ramp, the sending plan's limits, and how many qualified people are due to be contacted. 6 - Set up sending: Halo, Instantly, and costs has the starting limits and costs.
