The exact plan we're using to launch MoltSets to 1,000,000 emails a month
42% of Adam Robinson's $9M/year RB2B came from the cold email we've run for 2.5 years. He's back for round two with MoltSets, and we're running it again. So here's the whole thing: exactly what we did for RB2B, and exactly how we're redoing it for MoltSets. Steal all of it.
First, what MoltSets actually is
MoltSets is Adam Robinson's new company. $500 a month for unlimited B2B data. You hook it up to Claude Code, Codex, or whatever AI agent you're running, and it just feeds.
5,000 hits a minute. No usage caps. The kind of data infrastructure that used to take a full data engineering team to build and babysit. Now one person with an AI agent and a $500 subscription runs the same stack. It's dope.
What follows is the entire plan we're running to launch it. Strategy first, then the infrastructure we're running it on.
Why Adam coming back is the cleanest signal there is
- •About $3.78M a year traced back to the cold email we run
- •30% positive reply rate, not luck
- •One signup for every 64 emails we send
- •2.5 years, through 5 deliverability crises, without missing
- •1M emails a month out of the gate
- •Thousands of signups, the month-one target
- •The same machine that drove 42% of RB2B
- •Built in public, posted week by week

"I'm ten out of ten. I highly recommend working with Sales Automation Systems. SAS can manage this sort of new way of cold emailing better than anybody can."

The Launch Method
None of this is theory. We ran this exact machine for RB2B for 2.5 years and it drove 42% of a $9M business. So for every move below, here's what we already did for RB2B, and here's how we're redoing it for MoltSets with our new infrastructure underneath.
Why this time is completely different
People have called cold email dead for years and been wrong every single time. This is different, and we're in a strange spot to say it. We send some of the highest volume on the planet, and we're in the back-channel chats with most of the big agencies you know. Right now every one of us is watching the same thing happen.
For years the whole industry ran on cheap inboxes. Education panels, non-profit panels, legacy panels. Google spent the last year killing them off one by one, and on October 17th the biggest method left got wiped in a single day. We lost 30,000 inboxes that day. We burned 375 domains for RB2B in one day. We manage more than 60,000 accounts, so we felt it first and hardest.
Then the economics flipped. Inboxes that used to last months now die in about two weeks. Same money, a quarter of the lifespan, roughly 4x the cost for the same output. That alone prices out almost everybody. And it wasn't just inboxes. The same week, the data source half the industry scraped from broke too. Inboxes and data, gone at once.
The newest threat is the scariest one. Google and Microsoft now use AI to read your copy and decide it's a sales email before a human ever sees it, even when your deliverability is perfect on paper. We watched RB2B delivery drop 3x overnight on 174,000 emails, on copy that had been working for over a year and a half.
So most agencies quietly backed away. Moved to other channels. Wrote cold email off. We did the opposite. We went and got access to something nobody else in B2B has.
We call it Halo. It's why we're starting Adam at full volume.
Think about the emails that never land in spam. Your login codes. Your receipts. The product updates from the tools you use every day. Those ride on enterprise infrastructure the inbox already trusts. Cold email is the exact opposite. Burner domains and plain text, the first thing the filters are trained to flag. Halo is us getting into that trusted lane.
We spent months working out a confidential, exclusive agreement with a company deeply connected to a Mag7 enterprise. They're testing a brand-new rail for business email, and we became their only B2B partner on it. For the foreseeable future, maybe years, we may be the only cold email team, and honestly the only B2B company anywhere, with access.
The numbers aren't normal. Cold email opens used to run 10 to 20% for us, sometimes worse. On some Halo campaigns we're seeing as high as 96% opens and around 30% clicks. We were at Acquisition HQ last week. Hormozi's team told us a 3% click rate was good, then lost their minds when we showed them ours. That's roughly 10x what a room full of top marketers calls good.
The full breakdown of how Halo actually works, what it unlocks next, and where cold email goes from here drops later this week. I'm not putting the mechanism in writing here. Follow me on LinkedIn and you'll get the whole thing the moment it's live.
